Recipe for a very bad evening:
- One three minute long conversation;
- One cracked, if perhaps not broken heart;
- As many questions as you can think of;
- As few answers as occur to you when you're too exhausted to think any more;
- A pinch of doubt
- A dash of self-pity
- Lots of tears
Mix all the ingredients and then tell yourself that you've survived before and will again.
And believe it.
